I started iXL Real Estate because I was tired of watching good agents get eaten alive by fees, splits, and brokerages that treated them like a line item instead of a business partner.

Once your transaction fees reach $12,000 in a calendar year, you're done paying in. Every closing after that is yours, 100%, for the rest of the year. The cap resets every January 1st.
A per-transaction regulatory compliance fee also applies to every closing, cap or no cap. Full fee schedule provided during onboarding.

How much does it cost to join iXL Real Estate?
There are no upfront franchise fees to join. You'll pay a per-transaction fee based on sale price (starting at $395), plus a yearly E&O insurance and company resources fee. Full pricing details are provided during onboarding.
What is the commission cap?
Once your transaction fees reach $12,000 in a calendar year in your primary market, you keep 100% of your commission for every closing the rest of that year. The cap resets every January 1st.
Do I have to pay desk fees or franchise royalties?
No. iXL doesn't charge desk fees or franchise royalties.
What technology and tools are included?
Lofty, Real Geeks, Placester, and Listings to Leads for your IDX website and lead capture, Dotloop Premium for paperless transactions, and iXLHub.com for company updates, training, and agent collaboration.
What training and support do I get?
